Positive: - This guest house is in the city centre, with many restaurants around. - Rooms are simple, but they have private bathrooms and fans. - Fully equipped kitchen is shared between 4 rooms, but not all the rooms are occupied. - City centre noise was a positive thing for me. - If you are modest, you will be very fine.

Negative: There is no reception, so the kind manager Smiley (in the photo) must bring the keys.
