Positive: Clean and great simple breakfast. Train station is close and lots of stores and coffee shops around. Great for going near and have a walk a round the nicest streets
Negative: Parking is not exactly next to the hotel but at least the have plenty of parking.

Negative: No daily cleaning in the rooms for those staying for 1 week! It's unpleasant to return to the hotel and see the bed unmade, using sheets for weeks without changing them.
