Positive: Very conveniently located right off the main highway. Along a stretch with lots of places to eat. Free and abundant parking.

Negative: The onsen pool is always a bit dirty after the guest used it even in the early evening. Breakfast food runs low if you go past 8-815.

Summary: Pleasant nice stay.

Positive: We love almost everything in AB hotel. We have stayed in many different hotels in the past year, but there is nothing like AB hotel. 1. Facilities / Features - Free breakfast with a variety of options - Free Onsen (Women bath has a security pin to enter and post-onsen skincare), opens til late at 2am - Free coffee - Ice maker - Coin laundry Those are quite common facilities and features in hotels, but normally breakfast is charged and the onsen closes early. Moreover, the security pin has been given in women bath has been a huge value added and make female customers feel rest assured. 2. Room As the hotel is next to the highway, we are expecting some noise but surprisingly the windows of the hotel is double glazed which have been dramatically reduced the traffic noise (almost no sound). The size of room is similar to LiveMax and other budget hotels, yet there are other details have made this place different. - Dressing table: I no longer need to do make up in the bathroom with poor ventilation - Aircon: not facing towards the bed or above the bed. When the aircon is close to the bed, it is normally too cold and cannot get the right temperature. - Roll blind curtains: it completely blocks the sunlight! The fold curtains cannot block sunlight completely which makes us easy to wake up. - Considerable socket position: LiveMax normally only has 2 sockets which locates next to the table and the head position of the bed, but AB hotel has one more in the bathroom, where I can do blow dry finally. - Cosy interior design & lighting : I like the overall soft colour tone of AB hotel - light cypass wood colour, and they covered all the lighting with a milky cube cover which has make the room looks really cosy 3. Service Cleaning time is normally quite early so we miss out sometimes when we get up late, but AB hotel staff is able to collect my garbage in the afternoon! The staffs overall are friendly, polite and helpful. I am really happy with their service.

Negative: Only a minor thing is that they don't offer cold or room temperature water in public area.

Negative: The pillows were very poor. Even with towels underneath the were very low and we asked for a second pillow but they had none so were given towels to bolster them. Apart from that all was good.
