Negative: Not sure about the toilet being in the bedroom and separate from a sink. No milk for coffee in the room My car was moved without my knowledge or consent, however this was addressed immediately. Otherwise all good

Positive: 1. Outstanding location, peaceful, just in front of the lake. 2. Restaurant should get a Michelin star because it is SO GOOD! Congratulations to the chefs, I also left a review on Google, I cannot recommend it enough!!! 3. Historical, beautiful building and access to the lake. 4. Nice SPA. 5. Super comfy King size bed!! 6. Charming room and furniture all around.
Negative: Hope this feedback can help you continue to improve: 1. I feel the personnel could have explained to us more about the facilities, given how much history is in those walls, and to help us find our way around. 2. We were given a room with about 2 hours delay and had to change in the lobby bathroom to get to the beach. I am 8 months pregnant so that was not the most comfortable experience, packing stuff in and out of the luggages in the public space. 3. We were upgraded room because the room we booked was not available. This was nice. Yet we were given room n8. Beautiful, but on the ground floor, with zero privacy from people walking by outside at the bar. The windows had no privacy curtains, what a miss!! So we had to keep the blackout curtains closed most of the time, which removed the lake view we paid for, and made the room darker than it needed to be. This was a big bummer for me. Please add privacy curtains to these rooms, such a cheap little addition would make all the difference! 4. No shower glass, which means every shower taken is a mess in the bathroom. Also, the shower made funky noises ses at night. Another small design improvement that would make a difference. 5. No elevator, just be aware if you need this for accessibility purposes. 6. Had to kill 2 spiders upon entrance in the room, and there was a hair in the bathroom... Miss from the cleaning staff? You would not expect it at this price point...
