Positive: Good place to stay,with facilities that we needed. Walk distance to metro Abbesses and Pigalle with lovely bakery right right in front of apartment and planty of restaurants:) Very nice and helpful host Pascal.

Positive: Clean quiet and secure apartment on a busy tourist strip of paris. More stuff in the cupboards than you will ever need. 2 min to Metro. Stayed a week and loved it. Pascal is there soon as you need him. Cheaper than any hotel in the area but larger with kitchen, washing macine, netflix, the works!
Negative: On arrival you wonder what you are in for, public foyer pretty ordinary! Then you unlock your steel door and WOW.

Negative: It was cold, not enough chairs and it was too small. It presents as very basic and lacks a feeling of cosiness.

Positive: The apartment is in a wonderful location, steps away from many boulangeries, cafes, and the Montmartre Christmas market. It was a good sized apartment.
Negative: When a baby cot is advertised, I expect it to be clean and well taken care of. We had requested it to be set up and when we got there it was not. The person letting us in called the owner and found it in a closet and left it with us to set up. The cot was disgusting, covered in dust, had holes in the side, and even had a huge dead spider on it. We did our best to wipe it down but I hated putting my baby in it. There were not even sheets provided for it! Luckily I always travel with a crib sheet, but if I hadn’t my baby would have had to sleep on the filthy portable crib mattress with no barrier. The apartment was also not well stocked with toiletries. We literally had to go out the first night in search of toilet paper!

Positive: The location was A MAY ZING. !! Lots of hot water. Cracking shower. V comfy bed. Nice little kitchen. Courtyard off a French door.
Negative: It was cold. It was v cold outside but the heating was simply an ac unit. Not ideal. We worked around it and used the extra quilt off the sofa bed. Slept great but it was chilly underfoot.
Summary: An incredible weekend in an amazing location. We will be back !! 👍🙏🙏❤️❤️🇫🇷

Positive: We had an exceptional experience staying at this Paris apartment. The location is excellent, providing easy access to all the key attractions, especially during our visit for the Olympics. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and remarkably quiet, allowing us to relax after a day full of activities. Pascall was incredibly welcoming and met us upon arrival to provide instructions on how to use everything in the apartment, the jacuzzi spa bath/shower is simply incredible. We were also very grateful that he allowed us to drop off our bags early, as we had tickets to see our niece, Phoebe Gill, run the 800m at the Olympics. One of the highlights of our stay was Pascal's kindness and cooperation. We accidentally left our new GoPro in the apartment, which had footage of Phoebe’s race, and Pascal went out of his way to return it to us promptly. We can't thank him enough for his assistance. This was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris.
