Landscaped yard provides lots of privacy. 2 bedrooms with private TVs, 2 full baths; sleeps 4. Non-working fireplace. This is the owner’s personal vacation home which they rent when not using, so very nice accommodations! NO PETS ALLOWED.
Conveniently located: 1 mile to Cataloochee Ranch and Ski Resort and downtown Maggie Valley. 2 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway. 3 miles to Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum. 13 miles to Cherokee Casino. 45 miles to Gatlinburg. 45 min to Asheville. 28 min to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Located on a paved road with paved driveway and paved parking behind the cottage, with garage available for bikes and vehicles. Handicapped ready with wheelchair lift, grab bar in shower, raised toilets, lowered bed, and open floor plan. Fireplace is non-working.

Summary: This place is everything it is made out to be. Quite neighborhood, close to many different things to do. I wiould definitely like to stay there again. Driveway is steep, but i got a 4 door truck and 16 foot trailer in it. Get spot to see elk also.

Summary: Very comfortable and super wifi. Private setting and quiet. Easy access to the Blueridge Parkway and great base for touring the area. We liked it so much that we extended two more days. Carol was easy to work with.

Summary: Nice fully equipped hideaway on the mountain. There are neighbors but felt remote. Only down side is a steep driveway

Summary: This property is beautiful. It was perfect for my husband, son and I. It was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to visit. The home was well stocked with everything you needed to cook which isn't always true of some rentals. We loved the wraparound porch with it's view of the mountains. Carol was quick to respond to all of my questions and very helpful. Big bonus - we saw elk on the driveway twice during our stay!!! We were in the park twice and didn't see any so seeing them up close was amazing!!! Will definitely book here next time we come to the area.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for the first time and we could not get over how beautiful this place is!! It has the best view to wake up to every morning and we enjoying fresh coffee as we did so. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and thank you sweet Carol for letting us into your comfortable home!!

Summary: Great house and everything is there. Beautiful setting. Well stocked kitchen. Even a garage to park in. Very neat and clean. Had a great time. Elk at end of street multiple times. Driveway is very steep and to tight to bring a 3/4 ton crew cab truck up and turn around.
