Negative: no internet - has it but unusable - so steaming is unusable - emailed host - got a response 2 days later saying they'd look into it - never got back. bedrooms so hot - had to by our own fans - has a ceiling fan but when its on it blows the vertical blinds so the street lights flash every 10 seconds all nite into the room. bathroom floor is always soaked no mater what u do - had top buy a big bathmat at kmartt - still always soaked. 2 couches were old and marked bed was old and saggy couldn't find the red bins to empty our kitchen bin into. feels very dated all round for over $500 a nite.
Summary: we had. Greta time as its right on the beach but its old and facilitates not up to scratch.

Positive: Great location opposite the beach. Facilities provided were great with cooking items, washing machine and dryer. Easy access also being on the lower floor. Great communication with staff.
Negative: When having a shower water would go all over the bathroom floor which was a bit problematic with small children.

Positive: Good proximity to Cooly Rocks. Staff contact & information was very good. Rotten proximity to AIRPORT. After 6.05 in the mornings you can forget about sleep.
Negative: Rotten proximity to AIRPORT Forget about sleep after 6.05 in the mornings. NO REVERSE CYCLE AIRCON OR HEATING. NEVER BEEN SO COLD. Bedding very basic, put all doonas on 1 bed to try stay warm. There is 2 toilets but ONLY 1 bathroom !

Positive: Position & quietness of the unit. The whole unit was very clean with a kitchen that had everything .. especially the thoughtfulness of the kitchen scissors.
Negative: 1. Couldn’t leave via the front door as it wouldn’t open from the inside of unit. 2. Couldn’t open the kitchen windows. 3. Couldn’t open the door leading to the balcony so the balcony was inaccessible for us. 4. Garage needs some sort of light so people can see .. far too dark.
