Summary: We stayed in the apartment in December 2023. The apartment was huge, beautiful and everything that was needed was provided (including coffee and sweeteners). We were incredibly disappointed though with the extreme smell of cigarette smoke. The apartment was labeled as non-smoking but upon entry the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We thought that perhaps there had been a smoker living there before it was turned into a rental apartment. The next morning we contacted the property managers to alert them of the smoke that still hadn't dissipated. We were told that the previous guests had been smoking in the apartment. We requested fans and were told they did not have fans but recommended opening all of the windows. We opened all the windows and the smell did improve by the evening. We should have been alerted of the smoking prior to check in and the apartment should have been properly aired out before we arrived but we were allowed early check in so perhaps the team did not have enough time to air out the apartment. I would recommend this apartment but would confirm that no one has been smoking in the days leading up to your stay if you are sensitive to smoking.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Stéphane's apartment: it was great for two couples with plenty of space to spread out and the bedrooms at opposite ends. It was very quiet and peaceful and we loved being able to look at the river and see the reflection of the water on the ceiling. It was a cold weekend but the apartment was delightfully warm. It was conveniently located for Perrache station and an easy walk to Vieux Lyon.

Summary: Lovely apartment, I wish there was a coffee shop or any retail within a short walk. The shower does not have a curtain and is difficult to use. The walls are very thin so neighbors can be loud.

Summary: My friend and I stayed in Lyon at this wonderful condo on the river. The condo was wonderfully big and quiet, the bedrooms were at opposite ends of the condo, good privacy. The water pressure was good and the kitchen was supplied with whatever you might need as far as pots, pans, glasses etc. It was simply lovely.
