Summary: The hotel itself is situated in the center of Cayala which made it easy to navigate. However, the restroom door does not close all the way and it made it uncomfortable for everyone to use the restroom as you can see when someone is sitting on the toilet. The shower door also didn't close all the way so a lot of water and ended up leaking out. The elevators shut off and you can get stuck for up to 30 minutes depending on how long it takes for staff to reset it. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and courteous. The only reason I would come back is for the staff.

Summary: The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line.
