Summary: Hotel paid guest did not have priority for rooftop restaurant. Always full on reservation only Very poor variety breakfast buffet

Summary: The paying hotel guests should have priority in the restaurant. The restaurant was only on reservations and was always full. No other choice to go out and eat outside. The bar in lobby not a great choice of appetizers. Breakfast buffet was not worth what they charge did not have a variety very poor selection

Summary: New, clean. The staff needs work. The restaurant staff was confused on many levels. We were told not to walk into the restaurant area for safety reasons. It was totally fine but we waited 1 hour for. cab to drive 3 mins.

Summary: The AC Hotel is beautiful, has a great and sophisticated style. The only point was I reserved a balcony room and they gave me the regular one.

Summary: This hotel is such a wonderful addition to the Santiago hotel markets. Very close to the touristy Monumento and close to all of its restaurants. Easy to get to and very beautiful. Christian at the front desk was a friendly smile and very helpful during our stay. Crystal at the lobby bar was fantastic and created some wonderful latte art for our lattes. The rooftop pool is out of this world although a bit chilly. Pool side service was mostly enjoyable however a bit delayed since there only seemed to be one worker on duty at all times. This could be improved by the addition of an outdoor bar area, this way we didn’t have to go inside the restaurant soaking wet to get a drink.Hope this improves in the future as I expect to be back soon!
