Positive: Plenty of space, bathroom each, easy to park,

Negative: shower temp unchangeable in one of the showers. Property is tired but ideal for a weekend of relaxed fun with friends and as a base. Lack of sufficient cutlery on arrival was solved by a trip to the very nearby supermarkets.

Negative: The property could do with a little refresh and needs more seating, crockery and cutlery when full ( we did have 8 adults) one of the shower rooms water is permanently boiling

Positive: Spacious, warm and quite well equipped. Close to The Farmer’s Dog which we were booked for a meal at. Apart from fridge, the house seemed clean and tidy, perfect for a group of people.

Negative: The fridge was dirty inside and out, lots of old cream spilled on a shelf and not cleaned so smelled bad. Bins were over flowing but looked more like old bedding rather than rubbish. If I was staying longer than a night I’d have wanted better garden furniture.

Summary: Value for money, good location if you are busting the Clarkson trio
