Positive: The property looked good from the outside and the location was great for Dunstable and public transport. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The WiFi worked well, I was able to remote work with no issues.

Negative: - we were not able to have a shower due to the temperature going from cold to boiling hot on its own. The property manager did come to fix, unfortunately it didn’t. - some areas had nor been cleaned in a long time.

Positive: The location was well suited for walking to the town centre, convenient for a family, especially comfortable beds. The use of a house is better for a family, including the TV, as we had a 6-year-old, so the use of Netflix helped.

Negative: The curtain pole in the main bedroom wasn't correct and did fall down when opening the curtains. The welcome pack book needs updating as there is no dishwasher in the property. Maybe a few more cups as there were only three in the cupboard. The toilet seat could do with replacing, and the shower tape appeared to be broken.
