Summary: We were a family of 5: 2 adults, and 3 teenage kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The photos are actually outdated - the place looks better in reality. The view from the main deck are over the harbor and so relaxing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The kids liked going to the heated pool and to the gym - although very small just with a few weights and treadmill. The only downside is that the 3rd bedroom is in a converted attic with no A/C so it would was pretty hot there even with an open skylight. The location is within walking distance to the harbor and the restaurants in Southwest Harbor and is about 25 minutes drive to Bar Harbor. Southwest Harbor is small with only a few places to eat but if you want quiet then it’s perfect. The owner was very responsive and the townhouse was as very clean.

Summary: Beautiful. Convenient to every thing we wanted to see. Kitchen and baths had everything we needed. Loved the view - we just relaxed and enjoyed the activity in the harbor. My error was not checking about stairs. All 4 of us are most definitely senior citizens. Our friends had some trouble with the steps, but we all adjusted and had a wonderful time.

Summary: Everything neat, tidy , and clean. We didn’t need to purchase anything except food. We would stay there again.

Summary: Western Way was extremely spacious, very well stocked, and a great location. We had a ton of room for a family of 5. Only con would be that the decor is somewhat dated. But overall a great place.

Summary: The condo was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked most of our meals at home and everything was in the kitchen that we needed. There was plenty of room inside and the three decks outside. The pool was heated and got lots of use by our family. We took walks to the pier and to the village. The location could not have been better. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. They answered any of our questions quickly and made sure we were able to access the condo when we arrived late in the evening. We would definitely return!!

Summary: For a Christmas rental the snow is exactly what we look for and was beautifully displayed upon the lawn and the view of Southwest Harbor. The condominium was nice and had an exceptional views of the harbor and out the back door where we saw lots of wildlife including dear. Would rent this again next Christmas and during the summer months also

Summary: Rented this beautiful condo for a week in August. The owner was very helpful and considerate. The condo is outstanding. It is modern, clean, bright and well decorated. We enjoyed the multiple decks with great views of Southwest Harbor out front and one out back for cooking. We cooked each morning and almost every evening finding the kitchen to be well equipped. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms fairly large. The washer/dryer was a nice benefit. We also enjoyed the pool! Rent this home! You will have a great time!

Summary: My family of four stayed here for a week in July. The condo was beautiful and immaculate! We did not have to bring anything with us except food. The location could not have been better. The view of the harbor was perfect. There are so many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance and bar harbor was only about a 15 minute drive. Acadia national park was also a short drive away...maybe 15 minutes as well. This was our first trip to Maine and it was one of our favorite vacations of all time. We feel very fortunate to have found this condo because it was a big part of why our vacation turned out so great. We definitely want to come back.
