Summary: Everything was good except in the past we have alway got a coupon for complimentary breakfast or drink at their restaurant. This time the front desk would not give us a coupon??? When I asked why she said it was how I booked the room? I’ve always booked thro this app???

Summary: This hotel is under renovations that we were unaware of. Lots of noise and construction. One operating elevator only that had us questioning its functioning we took stairs for every other trip despite being on the 4th floor. .
