Positive: Comfy beds, clean bathroom, spacious room and big private parking. Pets free of charge.

Negative: Carpet under the bed is not vacuumed. It’s a thick layer of dust in there…

Positive: This is a typical hotel in the Ace hotel chain - clean, comfortable spacious rooms and large bed. Ace hotels are probably the best budget hotels in France. Good value for money, but no ‘frills ‘. Because the reception desk is available throughout 24 hours, there is no need to worry about a late arrival. Ace hotels are all dog-friendly. The buffet breakfast is basic - but inexpensive.

Negative: The chain restaurant next door is closed - probably permanently. So, to get an evening meal means getting back into your car (and, even then, the nearest restaurants are of the worst kind).

Summary: Clean, comfortable, good value : a typical Ace hotel.
