Summary: Traveling with a family, it is often very hard to find a place where everyone can have their own bed! We were able to get a lovely little room with 4 twin beds! The Pension is walking distance from the harbor and all the wonderful restaurants Hydra has to offer. We also walked to a few swim spots from the hotel. The owner was very friendly and although we were only there for 2 days, we would most definitely come back.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the harbor, but tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing. The front desk host was incredibly kind and helpful, especially with carrying our bags up and down the stairs during both arrival and checkout, which made a big difference. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was charming, with a beautiful open courtyard that had that classic, old-style Greek feel. One of the highlights was the rooftop access with stunning views—definitely worth taking the time to enjoy. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring, with great shopping, dining, and wandering all just steps away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hydra.

Summary: Rooms are small and there is no where comfortable to sit in the evening. But the location, staff, and lovely courtyard made up for this.

Summary: I absolutely loved staying here in Hydra. Visited two years ago and stayed in a pensione around the corner. It was clean, and they made me feel like I was a part of the family. I had a great view from my balcony. My bed was comfortable. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
