Our beautiful studio condo is located on the sunny south shore of Kauai. It is 452 square feet. It has nice furnishings, and a very comfortable king size bed. It’s located on the second level, giving you a nice ocean view from the lanai. The unit also has A/C, for the warmer summer days.

Summary: The condo was exactly as described. The view was great! It was very clean and met my expectations. I love the location and ability to walk to so many places close by. Parking for one vehicle was included at no extra charge. I had one question about the wifi when I got there that was very quickly responded to (email) by Ed with a phone call. I had a great 12 day stay.

Summary: The studio has very special ambiance, furnished with style and is just three minutes away from the ocean, which is across the road. Everything in the unit is very practical: the kitchen is fully equipped with all possible utensils; the bathroom is small but has it all as well; the king bed is very comfortable. And, of course, the balcony has the ocean view.

Summary: We have stayed at this building before. This unit was smaller, though did the trick. Great space in the kitchen and lovely remodeled little bath. Very nice job on the shower. Note, it is a walk up. Great communication with owner.

Summary: In the morning we went across the street to snorkel and then back for sunset. We got married at a nice private beach up the street. Also plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. At Da Crack (restaurant) I had an amazing shrimp bowl. Easy location to explore both coasts.

Summary: A truly efficient efficiency, cleverly laid out in a way that allows two people a little privacy from each other, should they need it. The king bed ( which fills a third of the living room) was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Ever. Parking was close and easy, pool was comfortable temp ( and usually empty). . There is a great little Mexican carry-out right past the traffic circle, called Da Crack, that is perfect for a filling, late , cheap supper. Next to it is a grocery that had everything we needed, plus sushi and smoothies. Nearby "living Foods" store has everything organic and non GMO you might need, at ridiculous high prices. Swimming at most of the SE beaches was risky this week due to high winds and dangerous currents, but you can take a safe dip at the boat marina in front of grassy area a five minute walk west, and there is a sweet, safe keiki pond a hundred yards west of the condo for safe splashing. The safest near swimming seemed to be at Poipu Beach park ( 5 minute drive), and it is lovely. Saw a hOnu there. The beaches here are beautiful. My only recommendation for an otherwise perfect condo would be a smaller table/ chairs on the too-tiny balcony, and a book on the coffee table ( like many places have) with copies of menus , lists of local attractions, tips, and info on how things work ( so we wouldn't have to bother Ed about how to turn in the perfect A/C).
