Summary: The hotel is in a great location - about a block from the funicular. Well maintained hotel, helpful staff. The included breakfast is outstanding. Will recommend highly to friends.

Summary: The room was clean ans spacious, the staff was amazing and spoke perfect english. They were incredibly helpful. the only thing is that it has stair on both entrances and are a bit steep. They do have a chair for someone who needs it, but still the stairs are steep.

Summary: Very handy small hotel, within easy walk of the main sights. The bedrooms could do with a full length mirror as it’s hard to do makeup when someone is in the bathroom. The downstairs lounge area is very dark

Summary: Staff were very nice and helpful and only a text away. Very clean and beautiful stay. Amazing location. Rooms are fully equipped with everything you may need. Rooftop is beautiful.

Summary: Loved our stay at this hotel, the staff is really nice and the hotel is very clean. The architecture of the building was beautiful. The rooftop has a great view of Istanbul and the food is quite tasty.

Summary: The Adahan DeCamondo Pera in Istanbul – a fantastic hotel in a charming part of the city. We felt completely at home. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the service excellent, and the staff incredibly friendly. We also received wonderful tips about the city and restaurants. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the stunning rooftop bar with its breathtaking view. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Lovely stay from start to finish! The staff at the front desk was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very welcomed. We had a corner room that was huge! Nice furnishings, although a bit worn, large windows with blackout curtains, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also huge. The shower had nice water pressure. If there had been more hooks, we would have opted to reuse our towels, but with only two small hooks, our towels did not dry overnight, so we got fresh towels daily. Housekeeping always did a great job - the room was very clean. The rooftop bar and restaurant are quite nice. The view is great and the cocktails are tasty. We did not do a proper meal up there, but enjoyed our snacks. Idris was our wonderful server who was very attentive and full of suggestions on which cocktails to try. The area around the hotel is full of dining and shopping options. It's conveniently located near public transit choices, including the Funicular! It's a hilly, but very walkable location. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed warmly with a Turkish coffee and loved the historical property. This is my 3rd trip to Istanbul in the last couple of years and this is one of my favourite neighbourhoods. There are so many great cafes, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. With that said, on Saturday night it was crazy loud - like was loud music and people singing/being drunk on the street until 4:30am - seriously not cool and not what you’d expect (the noise and inability to sleep) in an upmarket hotel. Thank goodness the next nights were fine. Definitely ask for a high floor or room facing away from the street as its a real problem.
