With the rail trail into Bright right at your doorstep and walking distance to the Rail trail Café, Porepunkah Pub, Punkah Pantry, the picturesque Porepunkah Golf Course and of course the idyllic picnic setting down beside the Ovens River.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate lounge, downstairs is the other 3 bedrooms, a slow combustion wood fire bathroom and laundry. This is a place where special memories are made and you will be telling all your friends to book this property for their next family getaway.
CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Downstairs - Open plan loungeroom with a 3-seater lounge with chaise plus another 3-seater lounge, with a slow combustion woodfire, Smart TV and WIFI.
Upstairs - separate lounge with seating for 6 and a Smart TV to idle away or grab one of the books and sit back and enjoy the vista from upstairs.

Split system heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs, plus slow combustion fire place in loungeroom downstairs. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied (from May to September only). Downstairs - Main bathroom with separate shower and bath, a door interconnects with bedroom 1 and there is a separate toilet this bathroom is located downstairs.
