Positive: The apartment was big, we had enough space for the group of 3. The rooms were big enough, and one could chill on the living room. The view from the 2nd bedroom was very nice and also quite silent comparing it to the location. Additionally there was a big parking space which was great for our car.
Negative: The bathroom didn’t have enough toilet paper and also it looked like the bathroom was not well maintained. The shower curtain had mold in it, plus there was no hand towel.
Summary: Nice bedrooms, Bathroom needs some work

Definitely needs update. -misleading info on booking site -pictures are far from reality -not on a quiet street -smells old and dusty -furniture uncomfortable (bed was ok) -bed not made -Pillowcase too small -one old small towel per person -1.5 toilet rolls for 3 nights -TV not in widely spoken language language and not set up for cable -stained carpet -filthy shower curtain -toothpaste stained bathroom decor -cigarette butts all over the French balcony -fire alarm is not secured, falling apart on the table -furniture thrown around the terrace -BBQ falling apart -trashy backyard

Positive: Not sure why this property is not scoring a ten, we really found no problem that we would mark it down for, the pictures do not do it justice. It is a very short walk to the city center and was very easy to find, very close to the music park and train station. We were very pleasantly surprised when we got inside the apartment, for what we paid it was quite outstanding, very warm and bright, would have loved to stay longer. Beds were very comfortable and all rooms were very spacious, all areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Negative: We didn't like the sink, the pattern made it look mucky, and no curtains or blinds in back windows, key code was a little hit and miss, and the list of does and don't was a little daunting, this did not impact on our stay.

Positive: For us the location was perfect- just 100m from Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg , we’re the party took place . It was much cheaper to book an Appartement than two double rooms in a hotel. Access was easy due to doorcodes. Nearly everything there , fridge , dishwasher, ironingbord and iron , hairdryer , vacuumcleaner …and a big TV , enough space for parking in front of the house
Negative: The lights over the mirror in the bathroom are not working… not so good for makeup…😉 There is no big mirror, the one over the sink in the bath is the only one … , the shower is a bit small and the water is a bit flooding the room , when you shower … Sometimes there is water dripping from toilet, so it’s a bit wet in front of the toilet- need to be repaired!!! For us the location was just right - please keep in mind , that opposite the street is a hospital- do you will hear sirens quiet often !
Summary: All in all a good accommodation- much more space than a hotel room
