Summary: We stayed at your hotel for the second time, as we were extremely satisfied with our first visit. During this stay, however, we encountered one issue: the air conditioning in our room was not working upon arrival. After we reported the problem, we were offered another room, but unfortunately this happened only after we had fully unpacked, so moving in the middle of the night was rather inconvenient. In my opinion, such a situation should not occur in a hotel of this standard, as the malfunction had clearly existed prior to our arrival and should have been noticed earlier. Apart from this, everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff in the lounge were exceptionally kind and attentive.

Summary: Address downtown is like a home away from home. The simplicity yet lux of the hotel rooms, the view, the quietness, the little things...above all the staff. Hassan, Sabough, and Kero were really amazing. I felt like I was amongst family. I look forward to coming to the Address Downtown location. I have tried a couple of other addresses, this is by far the best. Thanks for the hospitality and excellence in service.
