Positive: The location is good, walking distance to the lake and just behind Hotels and Preferences

Negative: Towels are newly washed but still dirty, visibly soiled or stained by dirt). It is not white in color anymore, yellowish, grayish. Should be replaced with new one. Unlike other places we’ve stayed in Georgia before, there is no new shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and slippers. Cups are dirty. Coffee mug is stained. Kitchen utensils should be changed too. Shower room is dusty. Sofa in the living room is dirty (full of stain)

Summary: Needs to replace towels and kitchen utensils. Needs to improve cleanliness.
