Positive: The Location is very isolated and secluded, if you are not intending to go out of the house then it's gr8 the house is big to accommodate 15 people comfortably Total peace no disturbance at al The manager Mr Arun is quite subtly nice The breakfast we ordered was good
Negative: The Location is very isolated and secluded, in only a valley if you are not intending to go out of the house then it's gr8 place , there is no shops nothing at Allll close by so you have to go out all the time which is 2 kms minimum but 2 kms in the hills and if the roads are a bit rough then it's a challenge also tyres can be at a risk so be prepared. Please pay the amount in advance so you don't want to be distributed to make payments all the time There was no water purifier working so ensure you have loads of drinking water stocked The value for the amount you pay is 50% 50% worth it depends on your group and if you want to go out Also the hot water taps are extremely tuned to very hot or very cold the balance is a tough Puzzle which doesn't get solved Timings can be flexible as on vacation we want it our way not as per what they have rules it can spoil the mood

Positive: The place and house we like. Mr anbu's customer service was good and care.
Negative: We reached bit late as per our plan schedule. But no one help us at late night in the property. But service advertisement was 24/7 but not the real case. We were new to kodaikanal we were expecting bit comfortable but no luck here. As we were came from Australia.

Positive: Beautiful location with a panoramic view of the mountains. It is a nice place to spend time with your family.
Negative: In booking.com the location is mentioned as .5 km from the town . However , the actual location is far from the town. They should also have a power back up in place. There was no water supply from midnight till morning 8 o clock on the day we check out, due to some power issues.
