3 Bedroom Cabin in Fort Ann

This charming log cabin is perched on top of a large hill with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. It is situated on 21 acres of spacious, forested lands ready to be explored. The property is surrounded on three sides by Halfway Brook, which is accessible for fishing or water recreation. Secluded enough for a quiet stay and only 20 minutes from Lake George
A fire pit is provided for guests to enjoy under the beautiful Adirondack night sky. The cabin is equipped with all the modern amenities: stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas grill, 65-inch TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. The open kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast island with bar stool seating, and plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. A beautiful Adirondack style dining table seats six and has a nearby wood live-edge bar.
The open floor plan gives way to a comfortable living room with large full windows that let in plenty of sunlight.
The cabin can . The first bedroom (2-3 people) has a bunk bed with a twin top and queen bottom. The second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds (4 people). The main bathroom is located between the living space and the bedrooms with a full bath and shower. The spacious master bedroom boasts a beautiful king sized bed, ample storage/closet space, and a private full bathroom.
Hand-sewn accents, antique touches, and local artwork make this cabin feel like your own Upstate NY getaway.
The location of the cabin is one of its best qualities! A very short 1.7 mile ride will land you right at the beautiful Country Meadows Wedding Barn. As it is located directly on State Rt 149, the cabin is your central hub to a large variety of amazing locations.

Summary: My husband and I stay at this property for a herding clinic in the area. The house is an adorable log cabin. It was well stocked with dishes, pan and utensils. The layout of the house was well suited for us and the dogs. The property is well lighted at night which was good for us since we were out early and home late. Perfect for dog walking in the dark. We greatly enjoy our stay at the cabin on the hill.

Summary: It was very nice stay. Family of 4 with 2 kids 2 and 4 years old. Very big property and a lots of grass for kids to play at. Communication with the owner was very easy and replay fast. Everything you need to spend nice time. Definitely on to go back list.

Summary: We came up on a family trip for a wedding. We enjoyed arriving early and getting to explore the area before the wedding. Could not beat how close this was to the wedding barn-it took us 4 min to get there! We really enjoyed the cabin. It's proximity to friend's homes, Lake George/Ft. Henry, Martha's icecream, outlets, and other shopping centers was ideal. It was very kid and pet-friendly which was a plus and located near the main roads. A short trip to a store to get supplies. It was my son's first trip to NY and he loved the cabin and location-even on a rainy day and it being outside the regular tourist season, there was plenty to do, and places to go and eat. My son described it best, "we just wished we had more days to stay there before it was time to go."
