You too can feel like living in an Aerie, which means: The nest of a hawk, eagle, falcon or other bird of prey on the edge of the Adirondack Park.
Fantastic Views of the trees and nature overlooking East Brook. A natural stream that trickles in the summer and winter, and roars in the spring with the snow melt of the winter. This property is located in the Adirondack Park, close to ponds and brooks and streams for fly fishing. We are available Year Round for your weekend getaways!
Head out to the wilderness all day and come back to this comfortable 2nd-floor cottage with a three car garage for your use. Trails for ATV's and snowmobiles are close by. The ever-changing landscape around you envelopes you when you sit out on the deck, with a Weber Bar-B-que. Did I mention the birds all around? Pileated Woodpeckers, Nuthatch, chickadee,
Goldfinch, Cardinals, Red Tail Hawks, Hairy and Downy Woodpeckers to name a few.
There is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, Living room and dining room with an open floor plan. Two bedrooms that share a bath, one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with a double. Washer and dryer on site. We also have 2 memory foam twin size commercial grade rollaway beds if you need them. Plenty of room if you have extra visitors. Seating in the dining room is for 8. This is the perfect spot for your outdoor adventures. Hunting, Fishing, hiking, ATV trails, Snow Mobile Trails.
You can fly right into Saranac Lake Airport which is 40 minutes drive away. Lake Placid is an hour drive through the fantastic Adirondack Park. We are 25 minutes to Potsdam and 30 minutes to Malone.
Day trips and Guides of the Adirondacks is also available.

Summary: We loved the house. It was super close to our family’s home so that was perfect. It’s fully stocked. I clean for a living and was very happy with the cleanliness. The garage is huge so there’s plenty of room there too. Liked that at the time there’s no one in the main house so it’s private. The main path to the water was pretty steep but we were able to find another way to get down. Very sweet that when we arrived late the lights were on & door unlocked. Overall great place, We will be back!

Summary: We come up yearly to the Saint Regis Falls for a family reunion. This property is in the perfect location. Close to Lake Azonia, Nicholville, Saint Regis Falls and surrounding area’s. The property was immaculately kept. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and the coffee maker. Beautiful views over the river. Place was in new condition. We had a slight problem with the air conditioner blowing the circuit. Which turns out to be my fault. I called the owner and within 10 minutes he had everything working perfectly. Very responsive very nice otherwise he left us to our own devices. I would definitely stay here again particularly for the next family reunion. I recommend it for anyone in the area. Excellent experience.

Summary: Very impressed with the beautiful deck, kitchen, spacious garage, and other amenities! A little close to the road, but overall very peaceful to listen to the St. Regis River. The distance from some of the more popular Adirondack attractions isn't ideal, but the property was very clean and well-stocked! The kitchen has everything you need to cook (which is the way to go without many restaurants nearby). Satellite TV provided plenty of entertainment, but wireless internet would have been nice since the cellular data is spotty. Would definitely stay here again!
