The Guests House at Eagle's Landing is certainly a unique rental building with an indoor pool and hot tub, you don't need to go out in the cold. The rental is 4 miles from Gore Mountain, 8 sprawling wooded acres with waterfront area on Mill Creek. Multiple rental buildings make up the property. Also the owner is available for a questions, fixes, recommendations, and help making reservations with nearby attractions, restaurants, and tours. The Guest House at Eagles' Landing is a 2,300 sq ft building with indoor heated pool and hot tub. The GuestHouse has two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and private sink area. There is also a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top). A common living room with pull out sofa equipped with Satellite TV. Full kitchen with large dining table. In this building there are two full bathrooms each with shower and a washer and dryer for guest to use. The entire building has radiant heart and in the summer window units for air conditioning. Building has a large paved parking area.
This building has an indoor pool and hot tub for after ski/hiking days for your tired bones. The pool and hot tub if you choose to use it is used at the renters own risk. A washer and dryer is available to renters for your convenience.

Summary: Numerous bedrooms, spacious living spaces, well-appointed kitchen, and beautiful grounds make this a great spot for larger families or groups of friends to stay. Please note that the house is approximately 20 minutes from the main towns in the area, but ideal if you prefer secluded settings!

Summary: 2 great houses to accommodate 5 families in total! The décor is pleasing and it is stocked with everything you could need during your stay. Kids loved the pool and the property was awesome.

Summary: I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Eagles Landing. The home and grounds were beautiful, the pool building was amazing and everything was so clean. The kitchen was beyond stocked with anything we needed - we cooked and served for 12 people. It was 25 minutes to Great Escape, Outlet Shopping, White Water Rafting and grocery stores. I hope to visit in the future!

Summary: My family consisted of 7 adults and 4 children.... We had a great time hiking the property down to the river, sledding on the driveway in 8 inches of fresh snow, enjoying the heated pool and hot tub every day and skiing at Gore Mountain... What is not to like about this eclectic property and its location. Great kitchen and dining room in which we cooked and ate in every night... Thanks for making your property available to rent....Hope to come back next winter...

Summary: This property was everything and more. Loved the house and loved being back in the ADK. I invited my blood family & my family of friends- it was a great place for us all to catch up and relax. There was enough room for all 10 of us and not be on top of each other. Evan was great and got back to me right away with any questions I had. I can’t wait to come back again. Definitely 5 stars from all of us

Summary: There were 12 of us. We all had our own space. It felt like home. The furnishings were so cozy and comfy. We cooked for 12 every morning and night and we had everything we needed. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous! We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We did get wood and sat around the fire pit every night playing camp fire games. One of the nights we celebrated a 10 year old birthday and one of my daughters getting engaged with cake and champagne!! It was the best! During the day we ventured down to the stream and the climb back up got the heart rate going for sure. We brought a wireless dog fence so our two dogs could run free while being contained. They did just fine. We went zip lining, to the Great Escape, to Lake George Million Dollar Beach. Took a ride on the Minnie HaHa, went shopping on Canada street, rode the gondola up Gore Mountain and the kids went to adventure park. Three of our brave souls took the hike up Mount Marcy!! What can I say? It was the best!!!
