Summary: This was my first visit to Yachats. I had planned a short getaway after the loss of a family member and Yachats was chosen because of the trails at Cape Perpetua. Everything was just as advertised. The room exceeded my expectations with a king sized bed overlooking the crashing surf of the Pacific and a huge jetted tub in the room to soak in after a 22 mile days on the trails

Summary: Our 2nd time staying here. Location is amazing, beach access steps outside. Low tide is great for the kid to explore and discover little creatures. Hotel updated since our last visit. Highly recommend a ocean view sliding door room for direct access!

Summary: We go to the coast often but decided last minute to take a couples trip. The fact that the hotel had a lounge and restaurant worked out perfect for us to be able to have a few drinks with dinner and not have to drive. We absolutely loved the rocky coastline in front of the trail and hiking the 804 trail. Overall, no complaints.

Summary: Always love the stay at Adobe. Room 157 was showing signs of maintenance in coat area. Blue paint was bubbling possible leak down wall. Overall great visit.

Summary: Oof.. where to start? House keeping is not daily. WiFi is spotty and cuts out often. Cell phone data is also spotty. Most of the tv channels didnt work either so.. electronic entertainment better be a low priority if you're staying here. Rooms do not have AC so you have to open your windows and listen to cars and birds and people all night. Rooms have a standing fan but mine was rusted and the spin function didnt work. The "beach" is rocky so even though a "seaside walk" is possible, dont expect sand between your toes and it's the pacific so the water will be cold.. Also, everything in that area shuts down around 10 so.. do with that what you will. The bed is comfortable though and the bartenders in the restaurant are friendly but not enough, in my opinion, to compensate for the other shortcomings. For the lack of creature comforts, i would expect a more reasonable price. If i revisit, i will likely stay in the more populated towns close by. Its cheaper and seemed to have more options on things to do/hotels with all the comforts.

Summary: Great location, just a tired hotel. Moderate cleanliness of room. Very friendly staff. Missing coffee and minimal linens upon arrival and coffee maker in bathroom. No screen on window. Very low water pressure in shower. Really would love to see this reimagined and brought back to life!

Summary: While the room offered a great view, the overall condition did not meet expectations based on the photos, which were somewhat misleading. The toilet seat was worn, the baseboard heater was rusted, and chairs were placed directly against it—potentially as a way to hide the damage—which raised safety concerns. The shower and walls showed signs of several repairs that had not been properly finished or painted over. Additionally, the pool was out of order during our stay, which was disappointing.
