Positive: Stunning villa! Very spacious and everything you could possibly need. The area and views are breathtaking, perfect for a quiet break chilling around the pool, with coral bay and lots to see and do only a short drive away (around 5 minutes) Owner very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Cannot wait to return

Positive: The villa was lovely, very clean and the hosts left us excessive bottles of water which was a god send as we didn't have to purchase any water during our stay, the water machine was very much used and appreciated.
Negative: We knew the villa was on a farm but we wasn't told about the short walk we would have to do every time we went out as taxi's would not use the road. There were dogs roaming around and every time we walked down they come running out barking at us, sometimes 6 or 8 which scared our autistic daughter and she would not leave the villa after that sadly. If you stay here I would recommend hiring a car.

Positive: Amazing location, if you are looking for absolute privacy. The villa is in a secluded spot, on the top of a small hill. Our children loved the goats that were just over the fence. The pool was wonderful, in the second half of June it stayed warm all night long. The owners were very friendly and very helpful. We loved it there!

Positive: The peace and quiet, the sunsets, the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the goats going past morning and evening, the prompt helpfulness of Stavros to sort any problems, the stock of fruit, cheese, bread, wine and eggs when our flight got in late, the cleanliness and a Tassimo coffee maker!!
Negative: The twin beds would have benefitted from a mattress topper as they were hard. The master bedroom had one and it made a big difference. The twin beds would be fine for children.
Summary: Liked it so much that we are returning in November 2024 and March 2025. Say no more!!

Positive: Well located in a rural aspect about 5 mins drive from Coral Bay. It was clean and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. You are surrounded by a goat farm - luckily we like goats!! Views are nice, particularly in the evening when the sun sets can be spectacular.
Negative: It is very basic and pretty tired, particularly the exterior areas. The worst thing was the beds which were extremely uncomfortable - unless you like very hard mattresses!
Summary: We enjoyed it. We knew what we were coming to and the owners were fabulous.

Positive: Lovely spacious Villa with georgous views, we loved the location, it's close enough to amenities for supplies, yet far enough away for peace and quiet without being overlooked by neighbours. The whole villa and grounds were exceptionally clean and everything worked, all towels, bedding, air conditioning/heating and kitchen equipment were provided. Close by is a goat farm, but we weren't disturbed by it or notice any goaty smells, we only saw the goats once a day as they passed by at bedtime, and it was fun to see them being herded by the dogs. The pool is very clean and a net is provided to fish out any stray insects who fancied a cheeky swim! We had no problems navigating our car down the gravel track, as long as you take your time any car could manage it. Communications with the owner have been fantastic, instantaneous and friendly, we only had the pleasure of meeting him once when he came to clean the pool filter, but even then he was very courteous and respected our privacy. All in all its a very well established and well ran holiday villa and we won't hestitate to stay here again on our next trip to Cyprus!
Negative: The single beds in the twin rooms were quite hard yet we appreciate that this is personal preference.
