Summary: Slightly off the beaten path in a very nice new subdivision this is a bright and spacious one bedroom suite. The unit was clean, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our visit to this lovely area! David & Donna

Summary: Nice place. Stayed during a time when it was quite hot and we were happy to have the air conditioning. Lots of space. Shower a tad on the small side but we were only there 2 nights so no big deal. Nice pathway off the back yard. Owners have done a good job.

Summary: 3 nights enjoying this cool (temp) basement suite while the region roasted, a separate entrance, spacious common room (kitchen/dining/living), comfy foam bed, single/tight shower, clean & modern, uncomplicated. Located just up the hill from the seaside highway, on the edge of town. Very new building and sibdivision. Walking trail just outside the backyard grants access to skyline mountain top views. Definitely a contender for repeat stays 👍

Summary: Easy to locate in this new subdivision. Actually located in Courtney would be our opinion…. Spacious basement suite to situated close to all amenities. Comfy bed and very clean. Great path system right out the backyard for a bit of exercise and a nice covered spot to sit outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great basement suite, clean and modern with all the convenience of a house. Close to Walmart but outside of town so it was quiet. Comfy bed made for some great sleeps.

Summary: Clean and private. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay with the added perk of a nice backyard and greenspace to enjoy. Returning in the evening, I sat and listened to the frogs chirping and watched the moon set. Thanks Matt
