When you’re ready to explore, you are surrounded by tons of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Walking distance to the iconic South Lamar and South First or a short Uber ride to South Congress or downtown.

\- This 3BR house and shares a long driveway with a detached cottage in the back. If you are driving more than one car, be prepared to park additional cars on the side streets 1/2 block away once you drop off your belongings. The driveway is wide enough that two cars can be side by side. If you are driving, and to be considerate, please pull you car all the way to the left so the tenant can easily get in and out.

Summary: Place was clean when we got there. Little trouble getting the lock to work but a phone call to the contact solved that. Parking setup a little hairy but worked ok. Deck a little iffy but we managed just fine. All in all a very fun place.

Summary: We had an eventful stay: excellent host even in a tough spot. -Our toilets water tank broke in the middle of the night. -This HOST wasted ZERO TIME to solve our problem. Within 3 hours a plumber and the owner showed up to FULLY REPLACE. Not just patch work repair-REPLACED the old one with a brand new toilet. -Mind blowing but the immediate problem solving and respect for tenants shows that this is best place for you to stay.
