This is your answer for the small group/family for the affordable beach vacation, in a very nicely upgraded one bedroom unit with extra sleeping and 2 full bathrooms. This adorable one bedroom condo is located on Fort Pickens Rd in Pensacola Beach. It is a waterfront complex on Little Sabine, great access for the water sports fan to paddle board, swim, kayak, etc. as well as a 3 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Pensacola Beach.
This condo is very well done, several upgrades and renovations makes this a great place for the single family or small group to really enjoy a nice beach vacation. The main level is the kitchen which opens up to the living room and the small patio deck, on this level is a full bathroom with shower.
The second level is the bedroom level with a very nice king bed and in an alcove space to the left of the bed is 2 queen bunk beds, there is a privacy curtain that separates the beds even though they are in the same room. The bedroom has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The location is also what separates this condo from others on Pensacola Beach. Immediate access to the bay with the complex being on Little Sabine which leads out to the intracoastal waterway. The beach access, or the Gulf access is just to the west of the complex about a 3 minute walk down the walking/bike path and then across the street.

Summary: We have stayed here three different times over the years. It is a beautiful place! This trip was good, but we missed the amenities provided by previous owners (stocked spices and staples in pantry, snack bucket, personal note, hair dryer and trash can in upstairs bath). The tv didn't work for local channels and would kick us off mid movie. The laundry room door was warped and hard to open/close. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! They provided a stock pot upon request. Ty!

Summary: Stayed here for my son's baseball trip. Beach on both sides, 18 min walk to where the boys were staying. Just out of the hub-bub of the shopping at the center of the island. **Note- there are stairs into the building and up to the 2nd flr bedroom. I *knew this but it really sunk in after bringing the luggage is. Loved the newly remodeled space, lovely balcony, dedicated covered parking spot, coffee machines and full baths on both levels. Would definitely stay here again.
