At the beginning of Via Torino and just a few minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo, Cattolica University, Statale University and Marangoni School, this beautiful home to lease is an excellent solution for guests looking for a fully furnished apartment in the city center (therefore very well served by public transport). Up to 4 people, has a one bedroom (with single beds or queen bed according to your needs), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a double living room (a separable area to create a second bedroom), a small balcony, double glazing, WI Fi, with elevator and day porter.
Cozy and nice apartment with high-value position, Petit San Lorenzo apartment is completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay in Milan.
The living area is filled with natural sunlit and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming thanks to the warm tones of the old hardwood floor, combined with the modern furnishing elements located in the context. The living room has 2 large and cozy spaces, separable by a sliding door that even allows you to convert one space in a second bedroom which is equipped with a double sofa bed for 2, a Tv and a wood closet where you can store your belongings. The other space is dedicated to the dining area and has a large round table with chairs, where you can comfortably enjoy your meals. The dining area has the balcony overlooking Via Torino.
The house has air conditioning (for summer) and heating (for winter).
In the whole house there are double glazing, the Wifi connection is included.
The kitchen is located just outside the dining area. It is fully equipped ( dishwasher, induction plate, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator..) with everything you need to prepare any kind of dishes.
The bedroom is decorated with romantic and essential elements, it has 2 single beds which can be joined together to have a double bed as you prefer, 2 clothes rail, a mirrow and a white closet.

Summary: The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It had all of the amenities that were described. The Management Team greeted us and showed us around the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations about restaurants, where to shop, and the trams. The trams run by the apartment every few minutes and are an easy and convenient way to explore the city. I highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: Stayed here while at a conference in Milan. Lovely, clean apartment with lots of charm. Had all the amenities we needed. Excellent air conditioning. Near the street car line so can hear this from bedroom however it did not disrupt my sleep. Would absolutely stay again.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the property for 5 nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how charming, spacious and pristine the place was! Very conveniently located, surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants and grocery stores. I was a bit worried about the tram noise but once I closed all the doors at night, we could barely hear it from the bedroom and had no problem falling asleep. The host, Nicola was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I really want to thank him for accommodating our last minute request when it was my fault for forgetting to mention about the change in our checkout time before the arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely come back next time we are in Milan. The only minor thing we would have loved to have was a shower caddy where we could put shampoo/soap and other toiletries:-D

Summary: The apartment was presented as advertised, great contact and a good location but don’t stay here if you like to sleep . The trams are very noisy and run from 5am till around mid night . The restaurant staff that use the courtyard are also very inconsiderate with the noise they make very late at night . To top it off the day we left the elevator broke down and the apartment super couldn’t be contacted . We will never stay anywhere near Milan’s trams again and definitely not here .

Summary: We stayed here during a 4 night trip to Milan - the apartment is lovely and spacious, has everything that you could need. There’s a beautiful balcony to enjoy as well. The location is great - a short and direct walk to the duomo area in one direction and navigli in the other. Very close to shops and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was easy. I’d definitely stay here again for my next trip to Milan

There is a lift and the apartment is updated; large and comfortable. The property host, Manuela met us at the property and she explained everything to us. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Summary: The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was excellent, elevator to the 3rd floor is a huge plus. It was perfectly quiet in the bedroom but if you are sleeping on the fold out living room couch you could hear street noise. It didn't bother my sister but if you are sensitive to noise it may affect you. Nico and her staff were helpful and accommodating especially when our flight was changed, and we missed the first train. Take the train from the airport to the Cadorna station. This will save you a lot of money compared to a taxi and it is easy to do. Take a taxi from the Cadorna station to the apartment. We walked it and it wasn't worth the hassle rolling luggage along bumpy narrow streets. We took the #14 tram right outside the apartment to almost everywhere: Duomo Milano, Sforzesco Castle, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Leonardo da Vinci Museum - Leonardo 3, Cimitero Monumental and the Naviglio Grande canals. If you miss one, another will be there in 5 minutes. At night we took the tram to see the Duamo lit up and eat at Panzerotti Luini. In fact we ate there 4 times because the food was excellent and only about 3 euros. We also walked to the viewing of the Last Supper at Piazza di Santa Maria delle Grazie, only about 15 minutes away. Our favorite restaurant, Pasta d'Autore was only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There are a couple of grocery stores within 2 minutes' walk. Highly recommend going to Lake Como while you are there. We struggle a bit with the metro going to the Central Train station, so we took a taxi back at night costing 12 euro. We ate at Al Politico, a sandwich stand right in front of the Sforzesco Castle and had a great pork sandwich. The Naviglio Grande canals were huge fun. We timed the trip for the last Sunday of the month Antique and Flea Market along the canal. We brought home several treasures but be ready to bargain. Also get there early as it gets pretty crowded at around noon.

Summary: The apartment is quite large and exactly as it appears in the photos. Very clean, well appointed and sunny. Building is very clean and quiet. VERY well located. Can walk everywhere but the transportation system of metro, trams, and train stations is exceptionally easy to use and convenient. I stayed for a month and would return for a much longer stay. Nico was very responsive to questions and requests. Previous comments mentioned the noise from being on the team line. I actually enjoyed the sounds I’m living in an active city. What Nico has installed good windows and shutters to illuminate the noise if you want. Also the bedroom is on the backside of the apartment so I had no issues with it at all. Most days I had the balcony doors open. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. Can’t say enough about this apartment.
