Absolutely adorable downtown Beach Home. Nestled right in the heart of downtown oscoda Westin half a block from gorgeous Oscoda Lake Huron public beach. Stroll down the block to the local beach playground area skate park amphitheater enjoy sun for days Oscoda the beach is renowned for the perfect send, amazing water temperatures and now Oscoda’s newly observation pier. The home is located right across a well, ran coffee shop, ice cream shop, multiple bars, and pubs, restaurant, movie, theater, and only two blocks away from a new bike path that leads all the way to old Orchard Park. This one was recently remodeled and has an Absolutely quaint beach theme field. The kitchen dining room set a 10 features, two fridge Raiders, one in the kitchen one in the garage for your extra storage needs. Beautifully Kraftmaid Cabinets with self closing, drawers, dishwasher microwave, blender, toaster, oven, pots pans, dishes, cups, coffee mugs. There is five bedrooms located in this home. The lower level bedroom is a queen bed. The four upper levels contain one full size bed, room, one, full-size bedroom, one king size bed, room, and one double bunk bed features twin over full. Newly remodeled bathrooms one upstairs one downstairs. The downstairs is a full size bathroom with a tub shower, combo toilet vanity and all linens, the upstairs bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower toilet Bentley and all linens. Besides, this exquisite location, some of the fun features on this house is a second-story back deck that oversees views of Lake Huron, in partial of the Oscoda pier. The top deck features, sectional seating, and a six person gas fire table top bar. The grounds are stunningly landscaped. They feature an outside seating area and actual fire pit bull for your nightly campfires and s’mores. What is so fun about this location is ability to go to the beach and have sun for hours, create memories, and then walk, just literally blocks to local restaurants, dining bars, and other activities. Summary: Overall the house was very cute! There were a couple of issues though. There was only a/c in the living room. There was also a leak in the living room ceiling. However the owners were kind in refunding one days rent because of this. The response time on email was not great and the floors were dirty to the point that our socks were black and we were wearing flip flops in the house. But the house itself was very spacious, great location, and if those couple of items were fixed I’d definitely stay there again. Overall a good experience!

Summary: The house location was perfect! We stayed in a VRBO last year down the street and this house was the best VRBO available in Oscoda. Plenty of room and bathrooms for the 4 of us to spread out in. Living room and kitchen were also large enough for us to move around. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. Microwave was filthy, hair in the bed sheets and a lot of bugs/ants moving around. Ants were on walls, furniture and beds. We had to go buy bug spray to kill them. We wanted to rent this place again next year but the cost increase was not worth the stay for 4 of us. Great house, if you can afford the nightly rate and great location!

Summary: 10 of us descended on the Oscoda area for our annual golf trip. The house was spacious and clean and provided plenty of room for all of us. While there are only 6 beds, there is plenty of space in the comfortable basement for a few air mattresses. The location is more than perfect. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, as well as local watering holes.

Summary: The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location is amazing. We had 9 people and plenty of room. The outdoor space was very fun, and the adults and kids loved the space. Having a coffee shop across the street and being able to walk the restaurants and ice cream were another benefit!

Summary: The houses location couldn’t have been more perfect! The coffee shop across the street is a must have! Walking distance to town, ice cream, coffee, kids park and the beach! Great fire pit on property. The porch offers the best people watching! Our only issue was the cleanliness but after contacting the property owner he made arrangements for a cleaning crew to clean the following day. All in all we had a great time, great service and would stay here again!

Summary: The home was well-appointed for an extended family gathering of 9. Plenty of kitchen seating and the beds were all quite comfortable. We had 3 cars and were just able to all fit in the garage/driveway. Overall a beautiful home to enjoy.

Summary: The house is in a perfect location one block from a beautiful public beach/park, a nice little coffee/sandwich shop across the street, and a couple spots to grab a drink in the evenings less than a couple of blocks away. The home was very clean upon arrival with great space for larger groups. Nice outdoor areas for a bonfire, or front+back decks to lounge. This is a perfect home for a family or group of friends!
