Summary: This was a great location. The house is old but in good condition. There is no tv and no internet. There is only 1 couch and the rest are hard wooden chairs that are not comfortable at all.

Summary: This quaint house makes you feel as if you stepped back into the 1930s. It is a great location for anyone wanting to explore the town. Everything was as listed and house was very clean. The owner was so helpful and sweet. She obviously takes pride in this family home and makes sure you feel at home as well.

Summary: Very cozy and comfortable older home in a nice little town. We enjoyed reading the note from the owner about her family home. And Blanco is a nice little town with lots of restaurants, shopping a winery...and is convenient to Johnson City and Fredricksburg.

Summary: This house was exactly as described. Location was central to town and all activities. Our hostess was amazing and attentive to our needs leaving us some muffins and pumpkin bread. The house was very clean and had everything needed. I would definitely book again.

Summary: The house was beautifully decorated. I don't particularly like antiques, but this was so well done I loved it. The owner provided muffins and banana nut bread. Everything we needed was provided. It was clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Summary: We needed something close to the Buggy Barn, Museum for an event and this house was literally a minute away. Cheryl was a great host and made sure we were well taken care of. The place was very clean and supplied well. We are already thinking of booking for next year!

Summary: Cozy home with a lot of family history that made you feel at home and not in a stranger’s house. Hostess with the mostess that was available by phone and text. We travel a lot and if we are ever in Blanco, we will definitely be staying here ❤️

Summary: We stayed in Blanco for a wedding. It’s a sweet town with shopping & restaurants. If you enjoy vintage, this is the place for you. Lots of history that is connected to the house. Owner was very nice. She made sure we were settled in and provided awesome muffins for breakfast! There was a food truck coffee shop directly across the street too!

Summary: This was our second year to stay here for the Real Ale Ride and again the house was comfortable and charming. Easy access to everything in Blanco and the host is fantastically responsive. Highly Recommend when you’re in the hill country.
