Summary: Part of our family needed to be in Wheaton for several days. This location worked well, great house that is set up with a cute kids room and family room is perfect for teens. Large living dining area was set up well for both enjoying time together and also getting work done. Nice outdoor patio area, and all of the comforts of home were available in the house, which was important for us on this trip. Family room can be completely seperated off into a different living area for larger groups. Felt like home away from home when we needed it most.

Summary: The property was clean, had all necessities, and was willing to host a 92 lb dog which was rare for the area. It was also close to lots of parks, stores, activities and restaurants so we were never lacking lacking on stuff to do.

Summary: I gave a lower score on communication with the owner only because VRBO was not allowing me to email him through their website; this is not a knock on the owner. Fortunately we didn't have any issues that required assistance. I did have a phone number if needed, but it did make me a little nervous when I couldn't contact him via VRBO. We appreciated the bottled water that was provided. Everything was satisfactory. The only things that were a little frustrating were the low light levels in the bathrooms and inconvenient mirrors in a couple of the bedrooms when getting ready for wedding festivities. Otherwise everything was good.

Summary: Our family, including dog and cat, needed a spot to stay for a few days between an interstate move and Matt and Courtney were very accommodating! In fact, Matt went above and beyond coming back to the rental house when I needed help with settling my kitty into her new home away from home! Thanks so much! We are so grateful!!

Summary: We used to live in the Chicago suburbs and now travel back each December to see family and friends. This home is cozy and roomy, with a nice open layout. It’s well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, and also equipment and toys for young children. Located close to stores and main highways. Owners live nearby and are very responsive. This was our second stay, and we would stay again.

Summary: We used this location to meet high school friends. The set up is perfect with a huge dining room table, great prep space in the kitchen and large, comfortable bedrooms This is the cleanest rental I’ve ever seen! We’ve already decided to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.
