Summary: We found this lovely A frame to be a fantastic spot to ride out some of the January winter storms. The fireplace was fantastic and worked perfectly, and we loved the large hot tub and its amazing views. The cabin is cozy and well stocked but rustic in style. Everything worked well, the kitchen had more than average as far as cooking supplies, even a muffin tin! Kate was super communicative and helpful.

Summary: I NEED to post pictures!! We were fortunate enough to be "hunkered down" in this cozy, phenomenal cabin during the first major Sierra storm of 2022!! This cabin was exactly as the pictures, but the views posted from this cabin (on VRBO) do NOT do justice to this beautifully located property! As an added bonus, the owner provides for dog specific blankets and towels so as to give the most convenient way to protect the furniture and cabin, while allowing our beloved dogs to enjoy the environment. The Host is by far one of the best I've experienced with vrbo. She was enthusiastic, helpful, courteous, and immediately responsive! We highly recommend this Host and the property!! Thank you Kate for this experience!

Summary: Our family of 4 adults and two dogs really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable A frame. The hot tub was great. The view of the lake from the living room and upstairs bedroom were fantastic. Kate was responsive to our questions and provided detailed instructions on entry. Our only complaint was that the windows by the hot tub were water spotted and made the view a little less spectacular. It was a little hard to find some items. The hot pads and napkins were in the closet in the bedroom.

Summary: We absolutely loved Kate’s property!! It had incredible views, the HOA beach was so nice to enjoy the sunset, and it was close to all the fun activities we wanted to do like the ropes course, kayaking, and mountain biking. The house was comfy and had everything we needed for a 5 day trip where we cooked at home a lot. We definitely would stay here again next time we come to Tahoe! Thank you so much, Kate!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We were their with our adult children and dog.. Kate was great, sent us messages as to how to get in, warned us of a coyote siting and allowed us to check out an hour later. The location was great with hiking trails right up the street and a market and restaurants at the bottom of the hill. There is a private park and beach however we couldn’t use it because it was not dog friendly.

Summary: This house is everything the pictures show it to be. Beautiful sunrises over the lake while sitting in the hot tub. Plentiful and comfortable seating in the living area with a gas fireplace offering both warmth and ambiance. Kitchen open to living area with views to the lake as well. Three bedrooms with great sleeping offerings and laundry! Just up the road within the neighborhood is some great walking trails. The location is up from lake level, providing fabulous views when weather comes across the lake. Easy access to Tahoe City for everything you might need and a quick drive to Palisades Tahoe for amazing skiing. Lots of great hikes close by as well. Exceptional food at Firesign, just down the road - warm atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. We loved it and plan to come back again soon! Also, Kate, the owner was amazingly prompt with requests and answers to our questions, and very friendly and professional overall. We would strongly recommend this location! Thank you Kate!

Summary: The property was just perfect for a family of 5. Two adults and three children. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. The kitchen was very functional and everything was working well. The location and view are spectacular. The ski resorts, Palisades and Homewood were both nearby. It was a treat to come home to this adorable home and relax after a fun day of skiing. We hope to return . Kate, the owner was excellent in answering all our questions and making sure we were happy.
