Welcome to your own private waterfront oasis! This stunning newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rancher boasts custom finishes throughout and is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting and open living space that seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors. The large windows and glass doors provide breathtaking water views and ample natural light.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, custom cabinetry, a pot filler, wine fridge and all the utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or outside on the expansive deck while taking in the serene bay views. Coffee and Drip coffee maker are provided for your use. Breakfast is not provided.
The back living room area looks out over the water and has plenty of natural light! It’s a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. It will also include a queen pull-out couch to sleep some of your guests.
Each of the three bedrooms is elegantly appointed with comfortable beds ensuring a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a full/full bunkbed with a pullout trundle. Bed linens will not be provided, they can be brought or rented. All beds will be outfitted with a mattress protector only. The two modern bathrooms are stylishly designed and feature high-end fixtures and amenities. One features a bathtub and the other a custom shower.
Outside, you can soak up the sun on the deck, take a refreshing dip in the bay, go fishing from your own private dock or dip your toes in our Stock Tank Pool. You'll have easy access to some of the best fishing and water sports that the area has to offer. A kayak and stand-up paddleboard are provided for your use. Any and all use of the amenities (access to swimming, bicycle, kayaks, and paddleboard) will be at the guest(s) own risk. It is assumed that they will be used properly and safely (and carefully, as if they were a tenant’s own property).
We are not responsible for any accidents that occur or happen in, on, or near the water or on the premises. Life jackets are provided (4 adult sized medium, 2 infant). There are no lifeguards on duty at any time. Be safe and never swim or use the amenities alone. Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property in both the front and rear of the house.
Located just a short drive from town, you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. But with everything this property has to offer, you may never want to leave! In case you do, 2 bikes, 4 beach tags and 4 beach chairs are provided for you! It’s about a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach!
Access to the TV includes Roku sticks in each of the 3 bedrooms and living room (set to guest mode, so you can use your own logins) YouTube TV is also included for access to live TV.
A grill is provided for use. Please replace cover once cooled down after use as to protect it from the elements. Please use foil and clean after using. Grilling utensils are in the drawer in the kitchen located under the coffee machine.
You will have access to both driveways with ample space to park your cars or boat. There’s also a one car garage to protect your vehicles from the elements.

Summary: Everything from the first message to leaving the property was awesome. Friendly, communicative owners, great house and an amazing location! Seriously, if your dates are available, stop looking and book.The house was clean, recently renovated and had Everything! The rooms are big, layout makes sense and the yard looks great. Plenty of parking. We stayed during the winter, but this would be a great location for summer. Hope to come back with my kids then. The area had great doordash options as we don't cook on vacations unless we want to. This was not that trip, we got everything we needed and wanted. The only downer, no starbucks in the area that delivered. So just stop looking and book this one!

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family (3 couples) to stay for a local fall wedding. The home offered the perfect space for us to enjoy nice views, meals, and many laughs. The deck on the water was a terrific backdrop. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the materials we needed. Bathrooms were very clean. Very comfortable with everything we needed! Looking forward to coming back during the summer months.

Summary: We really loved staying at this charming beach home! Just a few minutes to the beach and they even had beach tags for us to use which was a big plus! The most important thing for me is cleanliness and the house was very clean! If you have kids there is enough room to set up a pack and play and my 5 year old son loved the little pool! He keeps asking to go back! Thank you again!

Summary: Nice, clean and cute cottage. Just remember to bring your own comforters and mattress pads with sheets! Liked the central air- No noisy window a/c units. Our son tried to fish in the canal- but no luck! Stayed there for a dance competition, and would recommend to others. Thank you!
