Summary: This hotel was interesting in the fact that they use a self check in system. I was a little worried about no front desk, but it was super easy and convenient ! It is a 5 min easy walk to the train station. It was a such a great basic place to stay we returned to the same hotel later in our trip to take a morning train to Italy. Great location to see city.

Summary: Good hotel. There is no staff, it is completely automated from check in to check out. Ask for courtyard view room to avoid street traffic noise. Rooms are good. Across the street there is another King’s hotel where there is staff. If needed their staff can help.

Summary: Nice and clean. It offers a voucher of 10 euros to use at the bar if you skip room service for a day during your stay (for more than 2 days). Highly recommended.

Summary: We thought qe had booked rhe use od the kitchenette, only to find that it was an extra €20.00 per day. Once that got sorted out it was fine. Our room had a poor desigh with a long hallway and thus wasted space. The hotel is very close to the main train station. Not the moat pleasant area, but we felt safe. Very close to the underground, tram and bus lines

Summary: Rather than call this a hotel, we should call it just a collection of rooms. There is a real King's Hotel across the street and down a little while the AdvaStay is a poor sister. There is no front desk. You have to figure out how to register yourself on their computers in an area after the front doors but before the doors to the lobby will open for you. If you paid for breakfast, you will be eating at the real hotel across the street. If it is raining, you need to negotiate the traffic and the weather just to have breakfast. The room had no/zero place to put a suitcase. Not even the ever-present folding thing that is usually waiting in the closet. My suitcase wound up on the floor and we cleared a table used for a coffee maker for my wife's suitcase. Welcome to your room. The room had a balcony overlooking a school. You couldn't go out there because it has been a while since anybody has cleaned the birds**t that covered the place. Finally, the AdvaStay rooms are very close to the train station but far from center city squares. We could have picked a better location. And you can find a real hotel to rest your bones after a day of touring.

Summary: The hotel was great, but as always with these kind of enterprises, lacks human touch. Also, the kitchen cabinet was closed and not usable. If you don't use the room service they give you a coupon which can't be used for breakfast, only for drinks...I find it weird.

Summary: Having the ability to do laundry & leave our bags made this stay for us!! There was one 6” x 6” square on a wall under the desk that was a metal grid—looked like it was in the midst of being repaired. As a family traveling with an adult child—the room lay-out worked well for us.

Summary: Hotel is well located to the train station and not a long walk into town . The hotel is a self check in ,which went well . There is a sister hotel across the street with staff that can help if there's a problem. The room was good ,there was the rumble of the trams outside but not enough to stop me from sleeping . There is a self storage for luggage in the basement (which we used ) . I had trouble opening the locker ,turn the knob opposite to what you think. Good hotel ,good location

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay, once we were able to check in. There is no staffed desk at this part of the hotel, although we learned there was another part of the hotel across the street, where there were staff. Checking in took some time and we helped other confused guests trying to get in the front door during our stay. The room was lovely and we especially enjoyed the little terrace where we could sit and enjoy drinks or dinner. Housekeeping does an excellent job and our room was very conveniently set up. Warning: It costs 20 Euro per day to have the kitchenette unlocked and you need to do your own dishes. They provide detergent but no rubber gloves. Although there were no staff in our section of the hotel, they responded very quickly to email questions or problems. Now that we understand the routine, we would return to the hotel.
