Summary: There were a few things not working (the thermostat, the shower, the dryer). The room was smaller than we’d expected and there was no place to put suitcases or unpack. The mattress was hard. And we didn’t really love the area. It was fine but we would stay someplace else next time.

Summary: I selected a family room with 2 queen sized beds and it was great. So often traveling with 2 adults and 1 teen ager is challenging with space. Location was also great. Only a 5 minute walk from the central train station enabling easy access to anything in Munich. Internet was also fast and speedy, but had a problem with VPN connectivity back to the office. It just wouldn't work, but tethering to my travel sim worked fine. Not sure what the issue was, but the hotel was unable to help resolve. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Was a little odd walking into a place with no staff, but lower cost means lower rates. Despite the absence of staff, the hotel functioned very well. Clean and comfortable. The half blanket situation was weird, but I managed.

Summary: We had a great stay here. Check in was easy. This hotel was in a central location. The room was large & very clean. When I had problem with figuring out how to work the washer/dryer the lady who ran the housekeeping was so helpful.

Summary: Nice and clean room next to the station. It's a self check in hotel so not much interaction with staff. Breakfast is possible in the partner hotel across the street which was good. They give an option to skip daily cleaning with a 10 euro voucher usable in the partner hotel which was a nice touch. The bathroom fittings could be better. The shampoo/soap bottles were old and hard to press. The rain shower had little pressure. But overall a good stay.
