The space
Our one-story home is situated on a corner lot in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located to all that Florida's Adventure Coast has to offer.
This upscale home is newly renovated as of January 2023, including a completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances (including a wine fridge), 2 full bathrooms, 3 fully renovated bedrooms, new flooring throughout the entire home, new lighting and fixtures, and all brand new furniture.
Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's rural chic theme, centering on just some of the nature and wildlife of central Florida, and to make this home the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun.
The open floor plan creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather. The living room, kitchen, and dining room flow together leading to the pool and covered patio lounging area just outside. With the pool area screened in, guests are encouraged to leave the sliding glass doors open on cooler days to allow for an even more free-flowing entertainment space.
Guests can enjoy relaxing in the pool, lounging in the sun, or firing up the grill for an outdoor meal pool-side. The oversized backyard is fully fenced in on a corner lot. The pool area is equipped with a sunbathing lounge chair, sectional sofa and chairs, and pool toys and floaties. Turn on the outdoor string lights in the evening for the perfect nighttime ambiance.
Rainy day? No problem! Guests can also enjoy our home outside under the covered patio area or inside playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 55-in TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps.
The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster, blender, and more.
Each of the 3 bedrooms are newly remodeled and provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed). Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with brand new luxury bedding. The master suite has its own bathroom, and the 2 guest bedrooms share a newly remodeled hallway bathroom with a full-sized tub. A dedicated home office workspace is located in one of the guest bedrooms. A pack-and-play crib is also available in the master suite closet.
Although each bedroom includes its own dresser, closet, and luggage rack, don't bother bringing an extra suitcase for clothes! A brand new washer and dryer are located in the garage next to the kitchen.
Guest access
Check in is at 4:00 p.m and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Guests have access to the entire house, pool area, backyard, and garage.
Our home is equipped with fast private WiFi and keyless electronic entry.

House Rules:
This is a family home located in a residential area. We expect you to treat our home with the same respect as you would treat your own. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Our roundabout driveway allows for 3 vehicles. Please keep the street parking to a minimum.
There is a strict no smoking rule within the home or the covered patio space.
Supervision of children who are in or by the pool is required at all times.
This property has outdoor security cameras solely meant to protect the property from potential trespassing, break-ins, or theft.

Summary: This was truly an amazing home and beautiful put together! I loved the location and the easy access to main roads. My only issue would be a little better internet access as it was very spotty!

Summary: We saw the aerial view pictures but didn’t expect the constant road noise that could be heard inside the home. This is a high traffic corner lot with CONSTANT TRAFFIC. This was very annoying while trying to relax at the pool with the constant traffic. The home was not cleaned well and the kitchen was not well stocked(we were left with 1 trash bag for a 4 night stay and there were no large pans or sheet pans). The pool was nice but overall this home didn’t meet our expectations from the listing that we saw and the prior reviews we read. We ultimately checked out early due to lack of sleep and being able to enjoy the patio/pool.

Summary: I would give Bill a 10 star rating but it will only allow 5*. This home is close to everything you want to see Honeymoon Island State Park; Tarpon Spring Sponge Docks, Clearwater Beach all with in driving distance . We used the heck out of the pool, there were 5 retired people and plenty of room. Great communication with Bill even while he was out of the country honeymooning! I have to say we have stayed in many places in Springhill and by far this was the best!

Summary: Are stay was great from start to finish. Check in was easy and great communication with the person over the house. House was clean and really nice. The house is in a great location close by everything you need and fun things to do. I would highly recommend this house are next trip that way we will be booking the same house.

Summary: Our family had a great time at this home away from home. The house was immaculate and the pool/fenced yard was perfect. It was close to everything and minutes from Weeki Wachi. William was a perfect host with excellent communication and even allowed us to check in early. All the extra little touches in the home were just right and having smart TVs in every room was definitely a nice, convenient touch! I only gave 4-stars in the “area” feedback as we are used to country life and aren’t accustomed to street noise. A couple evenings there were several obnoxiously loud cars going by late at night blasting/booming music and revving loud exhausts. Definitely not William’s fault, but worth mentioning if you are traveling with young children as it startled my daughter out of sleep and crying ensued. Thank you William for being a great host! Your home is lovely and we look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!

Summary: Very cool place on the corner lot a lot of privacy very clean. The pool was very clean. Overall awesome place my kids had a blast playing in the pool after being on the boat swimming all day.

Summary: Everything we wanted and even more was accommodated before we even arrived. Condiments and sugar and cream was available. And expresso machine with expresso. Air conditioner was running Jet cold during the very hot summer week during July 4th. Plenty of running hot water and the pool was just marvelous. Neighbors were great and friendly and the street was super quiet. We won't have to second guess the next time we visit on a family vacation where to stay in Spring Hill, Florida. Highly recommend. Wish we could give it a 10 but it only goes up to a 5 rating.

Summary: The house has an easy touch code entry. The place was clean and modern. The pool was nice and screened in. Other nice touches include travel size toothpaste/brushes, coffee pods, pool toys and a wine fridge. Highly recommend
