Summary: This house was perfect for our winter adventure! It is within close driving distance to Mount St. Louis/ Moonstone ski hill, Orillia shops & restaurants & Hardwood Hills cross country ski trails. The home was clean, new, modern & great size for 3 people. The host was super & responded quickly to questions.

Summary: We were in town for two weeks on business and Olivia's house was perfect for our needs and so convenient (7 minute drive to downtown). The house was cozy and clean, with all the basic amenities. Our dogs traveled with us so having a fair sized yard for them was very nice. We were out most of the day so it didn't bother us too much but the house is on a road which is heavily travelled by gravel dump trucks weekdays. The weekends and evenings are very peaceful though. Oliva was delightful and very responsive and accommodating.
