Positive: I loved the simple decor, coffee/espresso options, big table and spacious layout. Parking, amenities and privacy were all great.
Negative: There were too many emails/forms to fill out prior to my arrival, and if I'd known a $1,000 deposit would be required through an outside company, I wouldn't have reserved this place. I was asked several times to communicate my arrival time for the housecleaner, but when I arrived an hour later than my e.t.a. the housecleaner hadn't finished cleaning, so I don't understand what the point of asking my arrival time was? The mattress was too soft and dipped down in the middle and the sheets had black stains on them. The lighting in the living and dining room was aggressively bright (a previous guest had unscrewed some bulbs to take it down a notch which I appreciated), and vibrant blue lights shone into the bedroom at night from a nearby hotel. The faux fireplace was pretty, but noisy, so I didn't use it. (If soft mattresses, firm couches, bright lights and heater/fan noises don't bother you, you'll probably be fine staying here!)
