Positive: The apartment set up was great and it had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were quick to get back to us when we alerted them that a window shade was broken. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after winter adventuring. We would definitely return to this property in the future!
Negative: The staff at the desk could have paid more attention to the pool/hot tub.

Positive: This is an absolutely beautiful property. The interior is so spacious, it makes it feel like a home away from home. We had all the amenities that we needed in the kitchen for a full week of cooking for the family. We travelled with kids and spent the mornings lounging around with coffees in front of the fireplace. The balcony is lovely and private coming off one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were well stocked and had the essentials. We were so comfortable for our stay. We will definitely stay again.
Negative: I was shocked at the state of their pool area! This doesn't have to do with this host, but with the whole Solara property. We have to walk outside to get both to and from the pool area- so it's a hike if you have children. And you are in your bathing suit outside in the negative degrees. And then when we got there, the change room was filthy! There was black build-up around the ONE shower. And inside the pool there were NO benches or seats, just a couple of rusted out metal chairs. My daughter actually BLED from the pool- the concrete is not smooth and she scraped her foot and then her knee. And then finally we just called it a day and walked outside back to our room. We never went back to that 'pool'. It was dismal at best. So this is not a property for a family who wants to swim! We went downtown to the fitness center and they had a great pool. But we are never going back into that basement dungeon pool again. Gross. Solara should be doing better.
Summary: Absolute luxury in the mountains! Comfortable, spacious and well stocked!
