Summary: Bear in mind this is a hotel that serves pretty much h if you need to stay near the airport. Although staff was ok, room is pretty basic. A/C is very simple, shower is very bad. The elevator broke the night we stayed there and they even needed to call firefighters to rescue someone trapped inside. If you goal is cost benefit, go for it.

Summary: The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro. When we checked in, we were not told that we needed a reservation to have the breakfast buffet the next morning. The manager was kind enough to serve us a coffee and cornetto.

Summary: The airport shuttle picked me up on time and was well marked. The 20 minute ride was through an attractive countryside with a fabulous mountain range backdrop. The exterior of the hotel property needs some work but the interior looked recently renovated. Check in was quick and efficient. On my way to my room and entering my room backed up my thinking the property was recently renovated. The room was large with french doors that opened to let in fresh air. The bathroom was super clean and spacious with a large shower. The hotel restaurant opened at 7:30 pm. The menu was Italian fare. I ordered eggplant parmigiana (probably the best I had ever had) and a mixed green salad with a glass of red wine; all for 20 Euros. I slept well and then enjoyed a typical European buffet breakfast with hard boiled eggs, an array of hams, salamis, and cheeses along with breads and pastries. The shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient. I will most definitely do this hotel again when I return to Milan.

Summary: This hotel is only good for sleeping if you arrive at night before 11 pm because it has free transportation to the hotel. Getting out is a big problem because the buses that pass in front only run every two hours and you have to pay €10 in cash for the fare, which goes all the way to the airport, and then you have to pay another fare to get to the city center. If you rent a car, it's a good option.
