Summary: Stunning location! The staff are a highlight especially the ladies preparing the food for dinner. Excellent food. The rooms were worn heavily, with little things that could be easily fixed.

Summary: Tranquil, beautiful, and high-end. We enjoyed our weekend at Aethos Saragano so much. The rooms were gorgeous, the restaurant was incredible, and the staff were kind and helpful. All around an amazing experience.

Summary: Just arrived home from a four-night stay at Saragano. Fantastic team led by Paul ensured we had a brilliant stay. Views over the valley and hills are incredible. Food in Ceci is excellent. Will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks all!

Summary: We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. The view from the restaurant and terrace is amazing - rolling Umbrian countryside as far as the eye can see. There are lots of fun things to do in the area - wine tasting, village breaks, trips to the lake - though you will need a car. The hotel manager Paul and all the staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming, and made our time there relaxed and easy. We'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Summary: Beautiful setting, great atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff, quality music events several nights during our four days stay, made it an experience out of the ordinary. It felt like living in a small community and not a hotel.
