Positive: The location of the hotel is ideal for access to the ES Clinic dentist. Only a 200 meter walk and within walking distance to the beach. A supermarket just across the road and a larger one across from the dentist. There are a few little restaurants within a few minutes walk serving traditional Turkish food and also a pizza place.

Negative: Breakfast was sufficient but could be made better with a toaster, fried egg option and traditional Turkish cake. All in all - it was adequate!

Positive: The location is excellent—close to the beach, with a pharmacy and market store just across the street where you can easily buy essentials. I felt safe and welcomed thanks to the helpful and accommodating staff, especially Tekin and Aziz. The kitchen staff and housekeeping team were also very pleasant. Breakfast was included and fair for the price, and I appreciated the convenient water dispensers in the lounge area.

Negative: The music from the nearby restaurant was very loud and continued until around 23:00, which made it difficult to relax without using noise-cancelling earphones.

Positive: Friendly helpful staff. Initial arrival was not given the specific room booked, but this was resolved the following day. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room at the front of the hotel, with balcony. Thank you

Negative: The first night i was given the wrong room which I had booked and paid for (but this was resolved the following day). Breakfast was appreciated, but it was not the best. 'Coffee mate' as there was no milk.

Positive: It was clean and cleaning stuff worked very well.

Negative: We were put in a room for one person. It was a tiny room, unpleasant due to the smell of smoking. We were very disappointed and just wanted to stay another day and leave. The receptionist said that this was impossible according to the rules. And when we said that we didn’t like the room, he said ok, we need to wait another day and we will fix it, he said that we were put in this room by mistake. Of course, no APOLOGIZES! So we spent 2 nights in a tiny room but paid for a couple's room and were not offered anything in return. We also had a problem with payment in the system (not our fault), which immediately changed the tone of the conversation of the receptionists. The one who came up in the evening and directly said, “You lied, you said you paid but didn’t.” to which we showed him an SMS notification that the payment was rejected and we had already paid in cash, although why did we have to report to the employee when we had already fixed everything in the morning. Since when receptionist talk to the guests like that? There was an unpleasant aftertaste. Unprofessional service for this amount!!
