Positive: It’s an old building very well preserved and nice. The rooms are renovated in the same style which we appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean, and quite. It also has a mini fridge. The location is very good, close to the train station and also in the city center of La Spezia. The owner was very nice and friendly and gave us some recommendations, which we really appreciated! Thank you for everything!
Negative: The breakfast was mostly some packaged snacks/sweets, which I think it can be improved. Everything else, we liked:)

Positive: The host is very nice, helpful with a lot of information. The internet is very good, high speed. The cofee offered is good quality and it was plenty The center of La Spezzia begins from the location and the train station is at 5 minutes walk. It is very important for visiting Cinque Terre. Good quality for the money.
Negative: The breakfast... it is an italian thing not only in this location to call what in other countries are called treats - breakfast. I think it would be fair to say that the host offered some treats that we don't eat because of their low nutritive qualities and coffee that was highly appreciated. The building is noisy. Our window was on a interiour courtyard, you could hear the neighbours and the hall entrance noise. Of course, we had the budget smallest room. Maybe the others are not so loud.
