Positive: Great location for reaching other parts of the city as well as the airport as there is metro and train stations nearby. Very clean cozy room perfect if you plan on spending most of the day outside. The breakfast is amazing and people at the bar are super friendly.

Positive: Property is located in a very nice part of Rome, two stops from Colosseum. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop right next to it, very cute little place. Also, there are few places where you can eat great italian food.

Negative: No AC when I was staying, but it is there usualy.

Summary: Clean, simple, afordable. Would stay again.

Negative: It is quite noisy, you can hear when the neighbours are taking a shower or going to the toilet. The shower was nice but the shower drain was clogged.
