3 Bedroom Condo in Loughman, Davenport

Modern 3 bedroom condo in a secure gated community with ultrafast internet, heated community pool, hot tub, gym and free parking situated in an ideal location within Terrace Ridge with water views from the south facing porch directly across from the community pool and clubhouse.
The condo is located on the ground floor directly opposite the clubhouse and pool area with patio doors and screen door onto a south facing porch with water views. The patio is equipped with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunshine, watch the local wildlife and catch the Florida sunsets.
The pond contains both fish and turtles. The turtles have been known to venture out for a stroll.
The living dining area has a 50 inch smart TV and spectrum TV package, two quality leather sofas including a sofa bed and a dining table for 6.
The computer bench has a computer but still has loads of space for your laptop to connect to the ultrafast free broadband or charge your other devices.
The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, ice making fridge, cooker, over the stove microwave, crock pot, kettle, George Foreman grill, toaster, sandwich maker, ceramic pots and pans and a coffee station with both a Keurig coffee maker and filter coffee machine.
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with 43 inch smart TV and seating at window. There is an ensuite shower, double vanities and a walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with a 40 inch smart TV and Bedroom 3 is Mickey themed with a 32 inch TV. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with the Master and Queen bedrooms' being remote control.
There is an electronic security safe for guests' use.
The condo is stocked with a full size bar of soap, liquid soap and four toilet rolls in each bathroom at the start of your trip. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing up liquid and a roll of kitchen towel.
The separate laundry room is equipped with a full size washing machine and a tumble drier. Washing machine detergent is supplied.
Towels are provided including pool towels.
Entrance is by coded electronic lock with a one button push lock and there is an additional keyed lock to double lock the door if guests wish.
You can head straight to the condo from your arrival in Orlando and start your vacation immediately.
The heated pool and spa are open Dawn till Dusk as per State Law.
Access to the heated pool, hot tub and gym area ( 2 treadmills, 1 bike and X-trainer) is by access card (2 of which are provided inside condo). This card can also be used to operate the condominium gates to save entering the code and for guests with internet access on their phone there is an app which can be used to open the gates as you drive up.
There are NO additional resort fees payable on arrival.
For Golf enthusiasts Terrace Ridge is situated less than one mile from Reunion resort with its three famous golf courses and ChampionsGate's two world class courses are only 2 miles away. There are, however, numerous other more affordable courses within a short drive such as Providence, White Heron, Highland Reserve and Southern Dunes.

Summary: The unit was well stocked and clean. The 2nd bedroom with the queen bed was very soft and worn out. But I managed. Would recommend.

Summary: The property was as described, there were 7 of us and we had no space issues. If you are traveling with a baby or kids this place is definitely for you. They have games for the kids in the “kid’s room”, a plug in outdoor grill which we found pretty cool and my husband was able to grill us up dinner nights we were there. There is a pond behind the apartment building and a baby gator that my kids named George that hangs out in there (just don’t get too close, admire from the window or patio). Andrew was a great host and was easy to contact via email while we were there. We did arrive in town a day earlier and were able to check in a day in advanced, he made everything so seamless and we appreciate it. We would definitely stay again during future trips. Cons: (they definitely aren’t deal breakers for us) my oldest daughter (15) complained that the mattress on the twin bed she slept on would make noise whenever she moved I understand this next part has zero to do with the host and their beautiful place, but my parents tried taking my oldest and youngest to the pool between 5:30-6:00 pm while we took our middle daughter to her practice and were yelled at by another resident telling them they couldn’t use the pool because it was dusk already and it was closed (the sun didn’t set until nearly 8 that night). This is just a rule to take into consideration if you plan on using the pool here.

Summary: We were delighted with the property, which was extremely well appointed and had everything we needed. We were very grateful to the owner for allowing us a late check out, which enable us to pack on the final morning and avoid having to find something to do while waiting for an evening flight home

Summary: This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. It had plenty of room and was very comfortable. The house was clean and quite pleasing. I truly loved the attention to detail in this house in regards to the needs of the renters. I would most definitely recommend this place as a great place to stay.

Summary: This Condo was wonderful, fully stocked with all the Amenities, Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, and a lot more stuff that ever other condo rentals does not provide. This rental was amazing. Pool was a perfect temperature even in April. The drive to Universal was only about 20 miles so not to far. Best of both worlds. Out far enough to be quite, close enough not to annoy. The beds were a bit stiff for me, but my husband loved it. I will be back!
