The master bedroom features ocean views from three sides from all rooms you can hear the waves at night. Sometimes you see dolphins and whales. The bedrooms are spacious with tables & chairs and big custom made closets.
The living space is indoor/outdoor so you feel the breeze at all times but are under cover.
All furnishings are high end with exquisite Koa Wood floors throughout At night we spoil you with high quality bamboo linens.
You have complimentary high speed internet on property. One bedroom can be converted into an office upon request.
Watch the sun & the moon rise and set, shooting stars at night in the 0-gravity lounge chairs or the hot tub or play ping pong, horse shoes or pool games for fun.

There are 2 dogs on property: a super happy and people loving Airedale and a small Chihuahua who's a bundle of love. We also have a shy cat that usually hides from people.
Halani is close to beaches (5 minutes and up) & some of the main attractions like Volcano, the Temple @City Of Refuge, Painted Church, Kona Coffee tours and more. We can help you with finding surf lessons, horseback rides, manta ray and dolphin swims etc.

This is a non smoking unit. You may smoke outside in the area we point out to you but strictly no smoking inside or on the porch/balconies! a $500 fee applies if smell from smoking is detected.
Please be aware that there are (friendly) pets on property and therefore this property is not suited for individuals who are allergic or frightened of dogs or cats.
This home offers an inside/outside lifestyle and Hawaii is a tropical environment. Therefore you will see geckos and (rarely) other harmless critters that you may not be used to. Geckos are cute and most guests love them but they also leave droppings here and there. Please come with an awareness that you are going to be in Hawaii where nature and men commingle more than in the city. We ensure to always have the rental pristine, clean and all surfaces disinfected before you arrive but please be prepared that you may need to clean your surfaces more during your stay due to this fact.
While children are most welcome, please be aware that your children need to be supervised at all times.The pool area and hot tub, balconies as well as the boundaries of the property are not especially secured for small children/ toddlers.
We (the owners) live in the main house and have a studio/an office space in the downstairs of the vacation rental. We are 2 adults and one 12 year old boy. The pool, hot tub and outside lawn is shared . During the week there's an office manager and a friendly maintenance guy on property as well. We are all very friendly and helpful and will give you as much or as little support as you wish.
