Negative: The crew did not check the gas cylinder before 5 of us checked in for 3 days 2 night and let us ran out the hot shower within 5 mins for the first cold night.

Positive: Great location, stunning views. Beautifully built tent and great staff. Firewood tub is a great novelty.
Negative: Really lovely place but a few things for concern. The cleaning service at R250 is expensive. Another R250 to light the tub. Literally took the guy 5 mins. There is no umbrella on the patio, The afternoon sun is relentless, you literally have no where to hide from the sun. We had to leave to go get some relief from the afternoon sun. The tents are quite close to each other, the entire week end all we heard were kids crying from next door. There was also a party somewhere on Saturday and the loud music went on the whole night. Not a great stay but it is beautiful, hopefully they can sort out the small stuff.
Summary: Beautiful spot, really needs umbrellas on the patio and extra care on the cleaning.

Positive: The tent accommodation was awesome. It was well equipped, and the layout was excellent. Clear guidelines and communication with staff via WhatsApp chat. We had the most amazing message treatments on our decking.
Negative: Surroundings were not as it was advertised on the fotos. Noise from other visitors in neighbour tents and farm equipment which interrupted the peaceful surroundings, although strict rules to keep noise down. We left the tent for a short period to do some shopping, but one member of our party stayed behind. We had to stop in at the office to collect firewood. On our return, my partner informed us that a staff member came to sneak around the tent and was surprised by his presence. Not reassuring about the safety of your belongings ,if you need to leave your tent. The lodge itself is very dated and can benefit from an upgrade and tidying of the front entrance. Staff at the front desk lack customer service experience, in our opinion.
